evilgiane and Slimesito Team Up for New Album ‘EVILSLIME 2’

evilgiane continues to prove why he is one of the strongest producers in the game, and his chemistry with Slimesito is once again on full display on their new album, EVILSLIME 2. The frequent collaborators return to their signature blend of hazy, hypnotic and gritty plugg production, keeping things tight across the nine tracks, which run for just 16 minutes. There is little room for filler, and thankfully, the duo make every moment count. Slime brings sharp lyricism and steady flows, while giane delivers addictive synth melodies and richly layered mixes that give the project plenty of character. Although neither artist strays far from their established sound, the result is another engaging release in what has been a busy year for Surf Gang. Their consistency continues to stand out, particularly when they keep delivering music this enjoyable and satisfying.
