KATSEYE's Wildworld Tour has faced another setback, with Megan Skiendiel's concussion leading to the postponement of two additional arena performances.
The group's planned appearances in Chicago on Thursday (05.11.26) and Minneapolis on Saturday (07.11.26) have both been called off as the singer takes time to recover. The latest changes add to a difficult week for the band, which had already been forced to cancel its Detroit show at short notice.
Fans were notified that the concerts at Chicago's United Center and Minneapolis' Target Center would not take place on their original dates, as Megan requires additional time away from performing following medical advice.
The news follows the unexpected cancellation of KATSEYE's Detroit performance at Little Caesars Arena, which left fans disappointed after the group withdrew shortly before the scheduled start. At the time, the band only revealed that Megan was feeling unwell, but the singer has since confirmed that she is dealing with a concussion.
Taking to social media to address the situation, Megan explained that although she was determined to continue the tour, doctors had warned her against returning to the stage before making a full recovery.
She wrote on her Instagram Story: "I am so sorry that our Detroit, Chicago, and Minneapolis shows have been postponed. I currently have a concussion and am doing everything I possibly can to recover from it so I can be on stage for you all again."
The 20-year-old performer also revealed that she had considered different ways to make the shows happen before realising that taking a break was necessary.
She added: "I wanted to try my best to still make the show happen, but I've been strongly advised by medical professionals that I need to take this time to fully recover and come back safely."
The Touch hitmakers have also shared an apology with their fans, particularly those who had already arranged travel and accommodation for the affected dates.
The group recognised the disappointment surrounding the changes and confirmed that efforts are underway to arrange new dates. Ticket holders have been advised to hold on to their existing tickets while further information is being prepared.
Megan described herself as "devastated" by the situation but reassured fans that she hopes to return to touring once she has recovered and is ready to perform again.
This latest development comes during an already difficult year for KATSEYE. Earlier in 2026, members Sophia Laforteza and Manon Bannerman also took temporary breaks from group activities to focus on their mental health.
Sophia recently expressed her appreciation for the support she received from the group's management and fellow members throughout her recovery, while also sharing her excitement about returning to live performances.
She said: "There's been nothing but love and support from the company, my members, and everyone else around me as I work to get well. I can't wait until I return and share the stage with my sisters again."
