KATSEYE have officially been confirmed as performers at the 2026 American Music Awards set for May 25.

The group, made up of Daniela Avanzini, Lara Raj, Megan Skiendiel, Sophia Laforteza, and Yoonchae Jeung, will take to the stage at the high profile event held at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.

KATSEYE are in the running for three awards including New Artist of the Year, Best Music Video for Gnarly, and Breakthrough Pop Artist.

Taylor Swift leads the nominations with eight, while Sabrina Carpenter, Morgan Wallen, Olivia Dean, and Sombr each follow with seven.

The ceremony will be broadcast live starting at 8pm ET on Paramount+ and CBS.

Their upcoming appearance follows a standout moment at Coachella, where the Los Angeles based group surprised the crowd by bringing out the stars of KPop Demon Hunters for a live performance of the song Golden.

During their festival debut on April 10, the group impressed fans as they performed the breakout track from the Netflix animated film, before being joined on stage by EJAE, Audrey Nuna and Rei Ami, the voices behind the fictional group HUNTR/X.

EJAE told the audience as the collaboration came to an end: “It’s truly an honour to be performing with KATSEYE, guys!”

KATSEYE also introduced their latest track Pinky Up during their set.

Their Coachella performance came shortly after it was announced that member Manon Bannerman would be stepping away from group activities to focus on her well being.

Addressing fans directly, the 23 year old shared that she is “happy and healthy” while thanking supporters for their patience, adding that she feels supported and will speak more when the time feels right.

She wrote on Weverse: “Thank you so much for all the love and support you've been sending my way.

“I'm really grateful for the patience and kindness everyone has shown during this time. HxG and I are having positive conversations and I feel supported. I'm happy and I'm healthy. I'll share more soon. Thank you for always being there for me.”
