The Beatles are heading back to one of the most important locations in their history. In 2027, the legendary group’s first ever official fan experience will open at London’s famous Savile Row address, the site of their iconic rooftop performance in 1969.

The seven story Georgian townhouse will feature rare archive items that have never been displayed publicly before, rotating exhibitions, a fan merchandise store, and a recreation of the original studio where Let It Be was recorded in 1970, according to the official announcement.

Although fans can already visit several unofficial Beatles attractions in places like London, Liverpool, and Hamburg, Germany, this marks the very first official Beatles experience overseen directly by the band’s organization. The attraction is expected to open in 2027, with fans currently able to register online for future updates and announcements.

Apple Corps Ltd. has managed The Beatles’ business operations since the company was first established, and the organization was originally headquartered at Savile Row. In 1969, the band famously performed their final live concert on the building’s rooftop, a moment captured in the Let It Be film and revisited decades later in Peter Jackson’s documentary Get Back. Today, Apple Corps operates from South Kensington in London.

Speaking about the upcoming opening, Apple Corps chief executive Tom Greene shared his excitement about bringing the company back to its historic home. “We’re thrilled to bring Apple Corps back to its spiritual home and give The Beatles fans something truly special,” he said. “Every single day, fans are taking pictures of the outside of 3 Savile Row – but next year they can go in and explore all seven floors of the iconic building, including the rooftop where even the railings remain the same from that famous day in 1969.”

Paul McCartney also reflected on revisiting the building recently, saying, “It was such a trip to get back to 3 Savile Row recently and have a look around. There are so many special memories within the walls, not to mention the rooftop. The team have put together some really impressive plans and I’m excited for people to see it when it’s ready.” Fellow Beatle Ringo Starr added simply, “Wow, it’s like coming home.”

Earlier this year, Apple Corps Ltd. also revealed several executive changes and new appointments under Greene’s leadership after he joined the company in 2025. More Beatles related projects are also on the horizon, including four upcoming films directed by Sam Mendes. The films will star Paul Mescal as Paul McCartney, Harris Dickinson as John Lennon, Joseph Quinn as George Harrison, and Barry Keoghan as Ringo Starr.
